You will be guided throughout the session.2) Water immersion sessions:These are conducted in either pools, lakes, waterfalls, or the ocean.Available for groups and retreats.Floating on stabilized mats, Sonotherapy is introduced through the element of water, infused with intention, the bearer of purpose.Japanese researcher Masura Emoto's "The Hidden Messages of Water", refers to the idea that water exposed to different emotions, words, or thoughts can form visually distinct ice crystals when frozen, with positive stimuli creating aesthetically pleasing crystal structures. Essentially, the concept is that water can "respond" to our energy by forming different crystal patterns. Emoto claims that positive words, intentions and whale songs directed at the water, produce beautiful crystals that connect to the water element of our body, which is 75% water, creating a formation of stars in our being. 18 years ago, an extraordinary experience began my journey with the whale's songs. On New Year's Eve, aboard a sailing yacht that had set out to Sea, with a piano on board, I played a classical piano piece to the Sea that night under the starry Sky. Magic occurred, a pod of humpback whales came close to the yacht and began to sing with the piano. The music of the whales became my muse. Music is the universal language. Magic does exist... One does not need to see to believe. Only when you believe, will you see...
